Samedis.care Update
šĀ Ā This November, Samedis.care is bringing exciting updates to improve functionality, efficiency and user experience.
All new functions will be available from 27 November 2024.
šĀ Devices (inventories)
Regulatory columns: All regulatory fields from the device types are now available as selectable columns in the inventory list. These values can be displayed, filtered by, and are included in an export.
Extended details: It is now possible to enter the service life, delivery date, installation date and supplier. These have been added to the āAdvancedā tab.
š±Ā Trainings
Flexible training assignments: Instructors can now be entered manually if they are not available in the staff list.
Streamlined completion: Instructors can now complete sessions even when not all participants are present. Missing employees are automatically removed from the session after a prompt, making completion even easier.
Training matrix: A matrix can be opened directly from the training group, giving a clear overview of the current training status. It is now also possible to record in the matrix when an employee does not use a device.
šļøĀ Reporting
Detailed views: Reports now allow you to click on the report entry to display the detailed data and call up the lists.
New inventory reports: Show the types of devices in the inventory or show the time to failure (MTBF) of devices.
Maintenance statistics: Display repair times, durations and overdue maintenance.
Training statistics: Created trainings can now be analyzed comprehensively ā broken down by type, devices and staff involved.
šĀ Further changes and optimizations
- **my.samedis.care Share referrals:**Employees can now also share all referrals with a facility, the system then automatically determines relevant referrals for the facility.
- **Google Maps integration:**Replaces the previous static location map.
- **TasksĀ overview:**TasksĀ that are opened from the inventory now show all entries, not just the pendingĀ ones.
- Filtered calendar subscriptions: The “Subscribe to trainings” function has been extended: you can now set a filter that shows only your own scheduled training appointments.
- **Improved filtering:**Department and trainingĀ group filters now support keyword searches for large facilities.
- **Password strength display:**A new bar shows how secure the password is that you selected when creating the new password.
- API synchronization protection: Service providers can protect synchronized data from accidental changes by users.
- Improved input validation: Only numerical values are now permitted in the year of construction field.
